To our valued customers,
We were recently advised of a substantial increase to service costs applied to empty containers by Qube. Failure to accept the increase would result in containers being shut out by Qube effective 01/09/22. The final increase applied to our empty equipment is 233%.
We will continue to dehire containers to Qube depots to meet customer export booking requirements, however all export bookings that require empty collection from Qube depots will incur a Qube Depot Surcharge fee:
AUD60 + GST per 20′
AUD120 + GST per 40′
This fee will also be applicable to bookings that are cancelled.
Importers stipulating a Qube depot for dehire will also incur a Qube Depot Surcharge:
AUD60 + GST per 20′
AUD120 + GST per 40′
